Tour Itinerary
- Lunch
Upon your arrival at Guilin Airport, a guide will greet you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in.
After a brief rest at the hotel, you'll embark on today's tour. You will visit Guilin's emblematic Elephant Trunk Hill. The guide will also lead you on a stroll by Banyan Lake and Cedar Lake in the city center, key components of Guilin's Two Rivers and Four Lakes water system.
Elephant Trunk Hill is situated at the confluence of the Li River and Peach Blossom River. Standing 55 meters tall, it symbolizes Guilin, deriving its name from its resemblance to an elephant drinking from the Li River. The hill features numerous caves and is crowned with a small pagoda.

After viewing Elephant Trunk Hill up close, the guide will take you to a spot where you can admire the hill's panoramic view from a distance while enjoying a cup of coffee.
Lunch will be at a local restaurant, where the guide will recommend regional specialties.
After lunch, the guide will accompany you on a stroll along Banyan Lake and Cedar Lake, then walk back to the hotel along the riverside path by the Li River.
Banyan Lake (Rong Hu) and Fir Lake (Shan Hu) are two enchanting parks conveniently situated in the heart of Guilin. Banyan Lake graces the west side of Zhongshan Road, its name derived from the surrounding banyan trees, including a venerable banyan over a thousand years old on its northern shore. Fir Lake lies to the east, just south of Shanhu Bei Road.
These two lakes were once part of the southern moat that safeguarded ancient Guilin. An ancient city gate still stands on the northern shore of Banyan Lake.

Morning and evening are ideal times to observe local retirees practicing Tai Chi and folk dancing along the riverbanks and lakesides, or to spot a couple capturing their wedding memories.

After returning to the hotel, enjoy a restful break; dinner will be at your own discretion. A cruise on the Two Rivers and Four Lakes is highly recommended.
- Breakfast, Lunch
Today, we journey to Ping’an Zhuang Village, home to over 50 families and more than 200 residents. The village's terraced fields span elevations from 300 to 1,100 meters above sea level.

This excursion involves moderate walking and requires a good level of fitness. You will depart after having breakfast at the hotel.
Longji is approximately a two-hour drive from Guilin, surrounded by several villages. The terraces span an area of 66 square kilometers (25 square miles) and were crafted 600 years ago by local minority communities.

Generally, vehicles must park outside the village. You will take an electric car up the mountain to reach the first viewpoint, offering breathtaking views of the terraced fields.
You can then walk for approximately half an hour to another vantage point for a magnificent perspective from a different angle.
Afterwards, you may stroll down to the village for lunch before returning to the entrance.
Today's lunch is arranged at a restaurant on the mountain, where you can enjoy your meal while admiring the breathtaking views of the terraced fields.

Upon returning to the scenic area entrance, you will be transported back to your hotel in Guilin. Today's itinerary has been rather strenuous, so be sure to rest thoroughly.
- Breakfast, Lunch
Today's itinerary is equally enriching. In the morning, you'll board a cruise to admire the stunning scenery along the banks of the Li River.
Boats set sail from various wharves, contingent on the river's level throughout the year. The cruise occurs on a medium-sized vessel accommodating approximately 100 passengers, offering a Chinese buffet lunch or a boxed meal.

Embark on a Li River Cruise downstream to Yangshuo, where breathtaking views unfold over the three-hour journey: uniquely shaped limestone peaks, lush bamboo forests, clear waters, slender bamboo rafts gliding by, and tranquil local villages.

The cruise arrives at Yangshuo, and you have the chance to explore Yangshuo. Take a bicycle trip to the countryside of Yangshuo. Biking along the paddy fields that surround the shaped mountains stops your pace to take pictures all the way through. A local family’s visit will give you an insight into the farmer's lifestyle.
