What to Expect

A seamless meet-up upon arrival: After your train arrives, the driver will be waiting at the designated spot—typically near the main exit or a prominent landmark inside the station, holding a sign displaying your name. Greet you, and assist with lifting and loading your luggage into the vehicle.

The driver, familiar with Beijing’s roads, will choose the quickest route to your hotel.

Even in case of delays. If your train is late, the driver will monitor updates and adjust their schedule to wait for you, ensuring you are not left stranded. There is no need to rush through the station as they will wait until your arrival.

Complete your trip with a straightforward finish. The driver will drop you directly at the entrance gate of the hotel lobby.

Tips

1. We will send you the driver's contact information one day before arrival. If you don't see your driver, you can contact your travel advisor or the driver directly using the contact information provided in your booking confirmation.

2. Since our driver can not speak English or only simple English, we suggest using a mobile translation app for communication.
