Tour Guide Service Price Details
Tour guide services offer historical insights, tailored itineraries, and hidden city gems with English, Spanish, Italian, and French-speaking guides available.
What's Included
- Maximum 8-hour tour guide service.
- Guide language based on your confirmation.
Good to Know
- An additional overtime fee of CNY200/hour will be charged if the tour guide service time exceeds 8 hours.
- An additional fee of CNY300/hour will be charged if the tour includes a hiking schedule.
- Guests are responsible for covering transportation, entrance fees, and meal expenses for the tour guide during the tour.
- Parking fees and highway tolls incurred during the tour will be the responsibility of the guests.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation received 48 hours before departure: Full refund, excluding any penalties from hotels, airlines, and rail services, if applicable.
- Cancellation received less than 48 hours before departure: No refund will be issued.
- No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the tour price. Additionally, we are unable to provide refunds for any unused services once the trip has commenced, whether due to non-participation, early departure, late arrival, or missed tour days.
Before Confirming Your Booking
1. Confirm Pick-up Hotel and Time
The tour guide service operates for 8 hours from 08:00 to 20:00. Departure slots are available at 08:00, 08:30, 09:00, 09:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, and 12:00. It is important to be punctual and arrive at the chosen time specified during reservation.
Your tour provider will send a confirmation email in advance to verify your pick-up time and hotel details.
2. Confirm Your Tour Schedule
Key Stops: List must-see attractions or activities (e.g., "The Forbidden City, The Great Wall, Tiananmen SqaureTemple of Heaven, Hutongs, Lama Temple, Summer Palacer"). Suggest visiting 3-4 spots within 8 hours, visit the Great Wall of China needs at least 5 hours.
Special Requirements: Note any preferences (e.g., "priority on hidden gems" or "avoid crowded areas") or constraints (e.g., mobility issues).

3. Confirm the Transportation You Use
Your schedule must provide clear transportation details for each activity. If it states "via Taxi" or "using subway," you can prepare for the intended mode of transport beforehand. In cases where the information is not crystal clear, don't hesitate to reach out to the travel company or your tour guide for additional clarification to guarantee a smooth journey.
4. Ticket Booking
The client is responsible for booking tickets and making reservations, including the ticket for the tour guide.
Determine the attractions that necessitate guide entry, such as museums, monuments, and guided experiences.
