Day 1Beijing Arrival

Upon your arrival, our guide will meet you at the airport and an hour private transfer by our comfortable car/van will take you to your Hotel.

Day 2Beijing

Your Beijing tour starts from Tiananmen Square, which is a landmark of Beijing City. As the largest city square in China, many national events were held here. After the strolling around the square, we step into the Forbidden City. Home to 24 emperors of Ming and Qing dynasties, the Forbidden City gives a glimpse of the glorious yesterday of the royal families. After lunch at a local restaurant, we will visit the Hutongs which was the yesterday of old Beijing. Hop on a rickshaw to ride through the narrow alleys and pay a visit to a local family.

Day 3Beijing

Our guide will pick you up at your hotel. The first stop is Badaling Great Wall which is the first section of the Great Wall that was opened to the public. It is famous for its winding walls, steep mountains and magnificent views. Lunch is at a local restaurant near Badaling. You could see craftsman working by paying a visit to a Cloisonné Factory. Continue our visit to the Sacred Way and the Changling Tomb afterwards. The Sacred Way is lined by 18 pairs of stone statues which are all sculpted from whole stones and leads to the mausoleums. We will visit Changling Tomb, which is the cheif tomb of the 13 Ming Tombs. It is the largest in scale and best preserved. Return to your hotel after the tour. Changling is the tomb of Emperor Yongle, the third emperor of the Ming Dynasty whose personal name was Zhu Di, and of his empress.

Day 4Beijing

Highlihts of the tour comes today. A 3 hours' drive will take you to the Eastern Qing Mausoleums. The Eastern Qing Mausoleums are the finest, largest and best preserved extant mausoleum complex in China. The entire complex covers an area of 2,500 square kilometers and are the sacred burial grounds of Qing emperors, empresses and imperial concubines. Lunch is arranged in a local restaurant which is near the Eastern Qing Mausoleums or you could take it in downtown Beijing.
