Day 1Beijing Arrival

On your arrival, our tour guide will meet you outside the arrival hall of Beijing airport and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own arrangement.

Tian'anmen Square

Tian'anmen Square

After breakfast, your tour guide will take you to visit the Tiananmen Square about 50 minutes. It has great cultural significance as it was the site of several key events in Chinese history and it’s the largest city square in the world. Then you will proceed to the Forbidden City which was home to 24 emperors in ancient China. It is the largest and the best preserved ancient imperial architecture complex in the world. At noon, lunch is at Jing Mian Da Wang Restaurant which mainly serves authentic dishes of Old Beijing fare - hand-pulled noodles, cold dishes, snack foods and more. After lunch continue on to the Shichahai Hutong, one of the oldest and most popular Hutongs in Beijing. It covers an area of 147 hectares and has a history dating back to the Jin Dynasty. Then you will visit Jiayixiong Jewelry Co. Ltd. See how they are produced using some of the latest technology and learn how to spot the fake. This is also a popular place for those looking for special, quality souvenirs.

Day 3Beijing
Mutianyu Great Wall

Mutianyu Great Wall

After breakfast at the hotel, your guide will drive you to the Mutianyu Great Wall, a less-crowded section of the Great Wall. A cable car will take you to a good section where you can walk along the wall, through the watch towers and enjoy the amazing scenery as it snakes across the hills and mountains. You will have the choice to take a cable car one way to appreciate the breath-taking scenery. At noon, you will have Chinese Lunch at Xiao Long Pu Resort, which is located near the Mutianyu Great Wall and serves a great variety of Chinese delicacies. Then you will have an exterior visit of Beijing Olympic Stadiums, the Bird's Nest and Water Cube. Located at the north end of the central axis of Beijing City, with a large area of 1215 hectares, it contains National museum, exhibition area, Olympic Village and Olympic competition avenues.

Day 4Beijing Departure

After breakfast in the morning, visit the Summer Palace, which is a much-loved summer retreat of the Imperial families. It is the largest and best preserved imperial garden in China and also a World Heritage Site. After that proceed to visit the Temple of Heaven, which was built in 1420 during the Ming Dynasty. It’s a complex of Taoist buildings where emperors of Ming and Qing dynasties visited for annual ceremonies of pray for good harvests. At noon, you will have Chinese Lunch at Lanfang Restaurant which mainly serves three kinds of dishes featuring three different local flavors: Sichuan Dishes, Huaiyang Dishes, Shandong Dishes. All are famous dishes in China. Finally your driver will take you back to the hotel, after checking out you will be transferred to the airport for the flight. Enjoy your trip back home.
