Day 1Beijing Arrival

Your guide will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to rest or explore. Dinner is at your own arrangements.

Day 2Beijing

Your Beijing tours starts from the magnificent Mutianyu Great Wall which is a less crowded section of the Great Wall. The wall stretches 2.5 kilometers which takes more than an hour’s trekking. However, a cable car is available to be of help. Lunch is arranged at a local restaurant near Mutianyu. Pay a visit to Beijing Cloisonné Factory where you will see the manufacture process of Cloisonné. In the afternoon, we will visit the Temple of Heaven. The Temple of Heaven is a Buddhist temple decorated in red and blue colors. It was the altar where the emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties prayed for a good harvest.

Day 3Beijing

Today is a full day tour of the city highlights. After breakfast, we will first visit Tiananmen Square which is the largest city square in China. As a landmark of Beijing, Tiananmen Square witnessed many big national events held here. Continue our tour to the Forbidden City which is the largest and the best preserved imperial palace complex in the world. The over 9,000 courtyards and rooms of the Forbidden City reflects the yesterday of the supreme power of the royal families. After lunch at a local restaurant, we will visit Hutongs. Hutongs are small alleys that are lined by courtyards on each side. The old hutongs, the courtyards as well as a local family visit will give you an insight into the city's living charms.

Day 4Beijing

After breakfast, we will go to the Capital Museum. Beijing Capital Museum is the most advanced and comprehensive museum which houses hundreds of exhibitions with numberous cultural relics, historical subjects, revolutionary history and folk customs on display. Stepping out the museum, we will visit Beijing Zoo to see cute pandas and many other animals. Lunch is at a local restaurant which serves great authentic Chinese food. Continue our visit to the Lama Temple which is the largest and most famous Tibetan Buddhist temple out of Tibet. It houses the largest wooden statue - the Matreiya Buddha and many Tibetan exhibitions. Our last stop today is Guozijian which is close to the Lama Temple. Guozijian was the highest official institution of learning in ancient Chinese dynasties.

Day 5Beijing

Today, you will first visit the Summer Palace which is the largest and best preserved imperial garden in China. It is regarded as "Museum of Royal Garden" and famed for its delicate scenery and ingenious layout. En route to 798 Art District, we will pass by Beijing Olympic Green. Take an exterior view of the venues. Continue our visit to after lunch at a local restaurant and you will enter 798 Art District, The zone, which is more and more popular among domestic and overseas artists, possesses many studios, contemporary art institutions, fashion shops, bars and cafes.

Day 6Beijing Departure

You will be transferred to the airport and bid farewell to Beijing.
