After breakfast, we will start the trip with a visit to the Temple of Heaven, listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, a holy altar where emperors prayed for prosperity and a good harvest every year. After that you will be transferred to visit the world's great man-made defense system – the Mutianyu Great Wall - reputed as smoother and less touristy, and wider to take in the marvelous view of the wall tucked on the mountain ridge. Round trip cable car is available to help visitors up and down. Lunch will be arranged at a local restaurant.

Today, you will visit Tiananmen Square, sitting in the center of Beijing, surrounded by many significant historical and lofty buildings, and counted as the largest city square in the world. Walk across to the northward of the square and you will see the entrance gate of the Forbidden City, covered in red wall and yellow roof glazed tiles. The Forbidden City is home to 24 emperors and has been listed as a World Heritage Site. It is reputed as the largest imperial architecture complex in the world. Lunch is at a local restaurant. A 3 hour's private transfer by our comfortable car/van will take you to Tianjing Cruise Port Terminal to board your ship.
